Advanced Obedience Class (Open/Utility )
Length: On-going. This is a drop-in class, there are no starting/ending dates and you do not need to sign up to attend.
Advanced Obedience (Open/Utility) is designed to teach the fundamentals required for the advanced AKC obedience competitions, Open and Utility.
This class covers the skills and exercises necessary for the handler/dog team to enter an Open or Utility class at an AKC obedience trial including; jumps, off leash heeling, out of sight stays, moving stands, down on recall, retrieving, scent work, signals, targeting, and directed jumping.
